RETURN POLICY

Due to sanitary reasons we have a strict No RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY on our products. In the rare occasion of receiving a damaged item, please send us a message and picture of your damaged lash via email at luxebylena@gmail.com. Lashes are considered damaged if you receive a faulty pair not after you have worn, opened or touched them.

 

 

SHIPPING TERMS

Once orders are placed you are not able to edit or change them. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping time varies from state to state. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Luxe by Lena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend you contact your local postal office for any information on lost packages. All shipping is currently being handled through USPS. Should your item be returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address you will be charge a $10 processing fees which includes shipping.

FAQS

How do I apply false lashes?

  1. Carefully remove first lash from lash tray.
  2. Hold lash to your eye and measure whether the lash should be trimmed. Use tip of scissors to cut.
  3. Take the edges of your lash and bend them in a U shape.
  4. Apply lash adhesive along lash band and or eye line as if you would apply eyeliner and allow glue to sit for 30 seconds or until glue becomes tacky.
  5. Use tweezers, or fingers to place lashes as close to your natural lash line. We recommend you please the las in the middle first them press each end down.

 How many times can I reuse a pair of Luxe by Lena lashes?

Luxe by Lena lashes are individually handcrafted and made to last up to 20-25 wears with PROPER CARE.

 How do I care for my lashes?

  1. Carefully remove glue buildup after 2-3 uses. For best result use a tweezer and avoid pulling the lash band.
  2. Store lashes in their original tray and box to keep them clean and free from dust.
  3. Do not use oil-based solutions or harsh chemicals to remove the lashes.

 What if I haven’t received my tracking number?

  1. If you haven’t received a tracking number in 3 business days from the day you placed you’re order please email Luxebylena@gmail.com
